Click for more details—https://www.cfnc.org/paying/financial_literacy.jsp . The yearly Scholarship Contest starts on July 1 of each year and ends on June 30th of the following year. 

-The Consolidated Foodservice scholarship is a $500 scholarship that is for high school students or currently enrolled college students who are looking to enter the Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management fields. This scholarship has been set up because we want to support the next generation of innovative chefs and restaurant managers. -Big Sun Scholarship – All student athletes are eligible regardless of the sport they are engaged in. The student must be a high school senior or be attending a post secondary institute. Please send a short essay answering the following 3 part question: What has your participation in sports affected who you are and how you relate to others? Include the affects on personal relations with peers and others. Apply at http://www.bigsunathletics.com - due June 19th, 2015.




-College Sports Scholarship – College Sports Recruiting Scholarship is proud to award a $1,000 scholarship to a college student who best represented a true leader in sports and life. The winner will be selected by the CSS Scholarship Committee. Any current or former student athlete can apply. Go to http://www.collegesportsscholarships.com/scholarship.htm for more information. Applications are due by July 1st, 2015.




-Wells Fargo CollegeSTEPS Sweepstakes—When you sign up to receive college planning and money management information from Wells Fargo’s CollegeSTEPS Program, you’ll automatically be entered in the CollegeSTEPS Sweepstakes for a chance to win $1,000. Enroll at wellsfargo.com/collegesteps and you’ll be automatically entered in the CollegeSTEPS Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes winners are chosen through random drawings, giving you a chance to win $1,000. A total of 200 $1,000 prizes will be awarded (100 to high school students, 100 to college students). Once you sign up, you’re automatically entered in future drawings until you no longer meet the eligibility criteria. If you are a winner, you’ll be notified by email within two weeks of the drawing dares. Eligible students may only win one time. Promotion ends August 13th, 2015.



-AMDA (American Musical and Dramatic Academy) National Audition Tour for Admission and Scholarships – AMDA will hold a variety of auditions in Charlotte, NC. Dates and deadlines vary. -Elon Teaching Fellows — Outstanding students who have a GPA of at least 3.7, and have a combined critical reading, math and writing SAT score of 1900 (ACT 28) or higher should consider applying.
