Cuthbertson High School hosted the second “Coffee, Tea, Mr. J, and Me” session November 1, 2010. These sessions focus on a different topic each month as Mr. Jackson presents information and solicits feedback and questions from parents on the specific month’s topic. October’s meeting provided background information on how a school’s budget is created. In November, Assistant Principal Kim Warr presented information about our school’s AP and EOC test scores from the 2009-2010 school year. Mr. Jackson then led the parents through a discussion of the parent survey results where he asked them to provide feedback on specific areas of the survey. Pictured are Charles and Kathy Corriher and Bryan Meredith participating in the breakout session providing their input on ways parents can get more involved in the school.

The next “Coffee, Tea, Mr. J, and Me” session will be held Monday, December 6, at 7:00 pm in the Media Center. We’d like to invite you all to hear about the recent trip to Denmark and our school’s partnership with Aarhus Katedralskole.
